My name is Kristy and I am a mum of two!!
I am a fitness trainer and have had a massive passion for fitness most of my life and have always trained but more seriously in the past 8 years.
I'm an honest person (sometimes a little too honest-foot in mouth syndrome) very down to earth and LOVE to have a laugh!!!
I have a huge interest in body building which I’m sure you will figure out, but I can also help with nutrition, conditioning, toning and weight loss as I know how hard it can be and what it takes.
I put 20+kgs on with both pregnancies but proof that if you want it bad enough anything is possible I was featured in Oxygen Magazine- Real fit mums section a few months after having my first baby and competed in my first Anb sports model competition 2 years after the birth of my 2nd child where I placed 3rd and won best routine.
I have also recently just competed as a Fitness Model in the INBA Vic titles and placed 4th in Novice and 5th in Intermediate qualifying to compete in the Australian titles in Brisbane.
I’m sure you’ve heard sayings like ‘Abs are made in the kitchen’ and so on but they really are. It all comes down to what you eat and I believe that with a little extra educating I can guide you with correcting your eating habits resulting in not just a better body, giving you more energy each day, a happier disposition and an overall healthier you.
