Grip Fitness will provide group training sessions, one on one as well as regular weekly set classes. Classes will suit any fitness level & vary from resistance training, high intensity interval training, cardio & functional movements.
Helping to improve overall fitness, toning, flexibility, strength, endurance, speed, agility and power.
